Addison Rae rocks a stylish athletic ensemble with cut-off shorts as she visits a dance studio in LA

She received withering reviews and audience disdain for her acting debut in the gender-swapped Netflix remake He’s All That.

But Addison Rae didn’t let it get her down as she dropped by a dance studio in Los Angeles on Friday.

The 20-year-old TikTok sensation looked like she was ready to work on some of her popular dance moves with a casual all-black athleisure ensemble.

Back to the studio: Addison Rae, 20, was spotted heading into a dance studio in Los Angeles on Friday following the release of her Netflix remake He’s All That last week

Addison had on a chic pair of ultra-slim sunglasses that wouldn’t have been out of place in one of the Matrix movies.

She also wore a simple black cropped tank top with a set of black athletic shorts that were cut off at the front to expose the white pockets.

The social media star rounded out her casual look with sturdy black combat boots with straps above her ankles, and she had her brunette hair tied back in a tight ponytail.

She added some extra sparkle to the low-key ensemble with a gold necklace and modest hoop earrings, and she accessorized with a black alligator-print handbag.

She shared a mirror selfie from her time at the dance studio that showed her on her knees and looking peaceful in lavender leggings with a butterfly wings filter behind her.

A humorous follow-up video showed her quizzing her 39.5 million Instagram followers about their favorite secret menu drinks at Starbucks, but as soon as a bee flew in front of the camera she ditched the vehicle.

Addison had a busy day ahead of her, and in addition to her studio visit she dropped by a friend’s house in coastal Malibu.

After stepping out of her matte black Tesla, the newly minted actress appeared to get a phone call.

She looked excited and grinned ear-to-ear as she chatted before heading inside.

Addison has been busy in recent days promoting her Netflix original film He’s All That, which premiered on the streamer on August 27.

The original, a modern update of George Bernard Shaw’s play Pygmalion and the musical My Fair Lady, starred Freddie Prinze Jr. as a popular high schooler who accepted a bet to turn a nerdy girl (Rachael Leigh Cooke) into that year’s prom queen.

In the newest version, Addison plays a popular Instagram influencer and high school senior who accepts a challenge to turn an introverted photographer (Tanner Buchanan) into the prom king.

The movie features Cooke playing Addison’s mother, though she’s not playing her character from She’s All That.

The movie was a failure with critics, who lambasted it for being ‘vapid,’ and several reviewers faulted the TikTok star’s acting debut.

Mary Sollosi of Entertainment Weekly wrote that her ‘acting is not up to the challenge,’ while The Guardian’s Adrian Horton thought she ‘doesn’t make the case for TikTok-to-film-stardom here.’

Others faulted the film’s technical aspects, and The AV Club’s Caroline Siede wrote that He’s All That suffer from ‘flatly overexposed cinematography’ and ‘choppy editing.’

The film currently has a paltry 31 percent rotten score from critics surveyed by Rotten Tomatoes, and only 25 percent of over 500 viewers gave it a thumbs up for the site.
