The Los Angeles Lakers headed back home in need of a win in game three of their Western Conference Finals series against the Denver Nuggets.
With a trip to the NBA finals on the line with this series, there was no shortage of celebrity supporters sitting courtside at Crypto.com Arena in Downtown Los Angeles on Saturday.
British crooner Adele and Hollywood leading man Jake Gyllenhaal were among the stars to have a front row seat to all the high-flying action on the hardwood.
Some of the other stars seen cheering on LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the rest of the Laker crew included Jack Nicholson, Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Andy Garcia, Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Robert Pattinson, Jennifer Hudson, and high-profile record executives David Geffen and Jimmy Iovine.
LA came into the showdown down two games to none in the best of seven series, where the winner goes on to the NBA Finals against either the Miami Heat or Boston Celtics.

Looking to get a lift from their hometown fans, the Lakers would get off to a slow start that translated to a Denver 12 point lead after one quarter.
As a result, Adele (born Adele Laurie Blue Adkins) appeared to have a worried look on her face when took away any hometown momentum off the top of the game.
The British pop star looked to be keeping it casual in the fashion department in gray sweatpants with a white t-shirt under a black button-down shirt and matching jacket.
Her blonde locks were styled long, straight and sleek with a part in the middle.
The London, England native sat next to boyfriend, sports agent Rich Paul, who’s the founder of the Klutch Sports Group that’s based in Los Angeles.
Longtime friend and agent to LeBron James, Paul is considered to be one of the most powerful agents in sports.
Dressed in all-blue, the 41-year-old would also have a concerned look on his face as the Lakers fell behind early in game three.
But they would cut the deficit down to three by halftime, behind superstars Anthony Davis and LeBron James, as well as Austin Reaves.

Adele and her beau soon exchanged their frowns for smiles by the time the Lakers made their comeback before the halftime buzzer rang out and much of the crowd hustled to get snacks before action on the court resumed.
With the break, the Rolling In The Deep singer-songwriter got up to stretch her legs and chat with some friends and male admirers.
They all could be seen laughing out loud during at least one of their conversations.
The third quarter would be evenly matched between the two teams, ending with Denver with a two-point lead heading into the final 12 minutes.
Gyllenhaal, 42, looked every bit the leading man in a black jacket and pants with a white t-shirt.
He appeared to be chatting with television and film writer and producer Gene Hong and DGC Records and DreamWorks SKG founder David Geffen, who were sitting on both sides of the Brokeback Mountain star.
Longtime Hollywood leading man and Laker fan Jack Nicholson flashed a number one sign with his finger when a photographer focused on him during a break in the game.
The team would not be able to back up The Shining star’s enthusiastic number one sign, all as he watched with disappointment courtside with his son Ray Nicholson, 31, by his side.

He had his trademark braids hanging down low while dressed in black with dark shades on.
Stand-up comedian Dave Chappelle, 49, sat in the next seat over from Nicholson, while fellow funnyman Eddie Murphy, 62, appeared to by dishing on work-related topics with DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, 72, who was on hand with his wife Marilyn Katzenberg,
There were a number of other A-list actors sitting in the front for game three, including Denzel Washington, 68, who looked cool in black jeans and a matching tracksuit jacket and baseball cap.

Some of the other celebrities to lend their support from courtside seats included Jimmy Iovine, singer Jennifer Hudson, who looked to be with some lady friends, and Flea, who sat next to businessman and NBA enthusiast James Goldstein.
In the end, Denver would pull away in the fourth quarter and go on to win game three 119- 108, behind Jamal Murray’s 37 points, seven rebounds and six assists, according to ESPN.
Nikola Jokic’s 24 points, six rebounds and eight assists would also be one of the difference makers.
With the win, the Nuggets now lead three games to none, and can close the series with a win in game four, which is also in Los Angeles on Monday, May 22, at 5:35 pm PT.
