‘Thank God you didn’t let me eat, I would’ve thrown up,’ Ashleigh said after taking off her blindfold.
After Quentin popped the question, Adele emerged from the dark as an evidently dumbfounded Ashleigh wiped away tears.
‘Hello, Ashley. Hi, Quentin. You alright?’ said Adele.
The English hitmaker then instructed them to take the seats in the front row and enjoy her performance of Make You Feel My Love.
The concert, Adele’s first in more than four years, was pre-recorded in October and was broadcast to promote her new album, 30.
