Adele, who splits her time between Sussex, London and LA with her husband of one year Simon Konecki, 43, and their four-year-old son Angelo, had a busy year of touring during 2016 and the first half of 2017.

And she looks to have slowed things down for the second half of the year, enjoying a well-deserved rest amid reports she earned around £16m last year- £45,000 per day.

An insider recently told The Sun: ‘It’s an incredible amount of money, more than you’d think she’d ever need.

‘And she has always been very careful with her earnings so there’s no chance she’ll ever waste any of it. It just proves she’s one of the biggest stars, if not the biggest, in her industry.’

However the break may be short-lived, as recent reports claim The Wynn hotel in Las Vegas are keen to secure a residency with her.

A source told the paper that the Hello hitmaker was offered a 12-month stint at The Wynn Hotel, with a paycheck of £382,000 ($500,000) per show.

She would join the likes of Mariah Carey who had a residency at Caesars Palace and Britney Spears who enjoyed a stint at Planet Hollywood.

So far the highest paid Vegas resident is Celine Dion, earning an estimated £363,521 ($476,000) per show for her second residency for Caesar’s Palace.
