The Wells Maine police department received several calls from concerned local residents on Sunday, to report a curious dog, which appears to be a husky-cross, was stuck on the roof of its home.
A member of the Wells Fire Department climbed up onto the second story roof where he was greeted by the pet.

The dog planted some ‘thank you’ kisses on the firefighter as he helped lead the confused dog back into the house.
‘Thank you kisses to Captain Nawfel! It’s pawsatively love! Is there anything more stunning than an animal expressing gratitude?!’ the police department captioned the photo.
