Adult film star Austin Wolf is arrested over horrific child pornography video charges

Adult film star Austin Wolf has been arrested in New York City for child abuse materials, according to the Justice Department.

Wolf, real name Justin Heath Smith, is charged with sending and receiving hundreds of videos of child pornography via the Telegram messaging application between March 24 and March 28.

The gay porn star, 43, allegedly sent and received images that ‘depicted children as young as infants, including a video showing a 10-year-old child bound and raped.’

He is also accused of possessing hundreds of additional videos containing child pornography in his Manhattan apartment.

One of Wolf’s last social media posts chillingly reads: ‘Have you seen what happens to little boys that follow me to the lock room?’

US Attorney Damian Williams said: ‘As alleged, Justin Heath Smith received and distributed hundreds of recordings containing child pornography, including a ghastly video showing a young child bound, beaten, and raped.

‘Our investigation into Smith is ongoing, and we urge anyone with information about Smith’s conduct to call the FBI.

‘Together with our law enforcement partners, we will relentlessly pursue those predators who victimize children and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.’

Wolf is scheduled to be arraigned in Manhattan court on Friday.

He is accused of one charge of distribution and receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

Wolf faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the charges.

Investigators say they caught Wolf after they seized the phone of the person he had allegedly been exchanging child phonography with.

An undercover FBI agent then contacted Wolf’s alleged anonymous Instagram account.

Wolf reportedly provided details to confirm his identity in the chats.

The FBI then executed a search warrant at Wolf’s apartment, where they say they found an SD card with hundreds of video showing child abuse.

Wolf has nearly 800,000 followers on Instagram and nearly one million on X.
