AFL star Sam Durham and Australian fashion model Paris Bishop have gone Instagram official as she shared photos of themselves on social media for the first time.

The couple took a big step in their romance on Tuesday, with Bishop posting a series of images of them together with a heart and drink emoji caption.

Some of Durham’s Essendon teammates and their partners also appear in the social media post, including Archie Perkins and Nick Bryan.

The Bombers star and Bishop made their public debut together last month when they stepped out in Melbourne to attend a movie premiere.

Durham later confirmed his relationship with the Melbourne model in a statement.

‘We are still pretty fresh, but have been seeing each other for a while,’ he told the Herald Sun.

Both are active on the Melbourne social scene and frequently post eye-popping clips to social media of them having the time of their lives while out on the town with friends.

The footy star doesn’t post a lot to social media, admitting recently that it’s not really his thing.

‘I’m not really good on social media, she’s all over it,’ he told The Age.

‘We don’t really read into it [the publicity], we just stay in our own lane.’

Durham was born and raised in the regional Victorian town of Seymour and was drafted by The Bombers for the 2021 season.

He recently signed a five-year contract with the team which will see him playing for them at least until the end of 2028.

Meanwhile, Bishop is signed to the exclusive Chadwick Models, and frequently posts paid promotions for a variety of brands to her social media.

The Essendon star told the AFL website recently that he has benefitted from growing up in the country.

‘Growing up in a country town, country boys are a bit tougher than the city boys,’ he said.

‘I’ve had some tough mentors in my life and you don’t really shy away from it.

‘It’s always been the way that if you go in hard you’ll be right.’

Second-placed Essendon will square off with the Gold Coast at People First Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
