Collingwood defender Jeremy Howe has married his longtime girlfriend Kahlia Ashton in a lavish rooftop wedding.   

The pair said ‘I do’ on top of Melbourne’s Crown Casino on Sunday surrounded by their close friends and family.  

The AFL WAG wore an ornate floor-length wedding dress with a revealing neckline that plunged all the way down to her abdomen.

The figure hugging dress did not leave much to the imagination and was adorned with white details that also clung to the bride’s sleeves and neck.  

Mrs Howe (Née Ashton) was all smiles as she celebrated on her wedding day with a very glamorous look and a long flowing train trailing behind her.  

The pair were married by English-born TV presenter and celebrant Shura Taft during the decadent rooftop ceremony.

Guests continued the celebrations at a reception in nearby trendy restaurant Half Acre. 

The newlyweds also shared loving messages to each other the following day on Instagram.  

Kahlia posted a black and white photo of the pair walking hand in hand, smiling at each other.

She gushed ‘You and me forever baby’.

Husband Jeremy also shared a loving snap of his new wife with the caption: ‘Best day ever.’

Wedding photographer Dan Brannan said the happy couple were at ease and effortless to work with. 

He said: ‘I couldn’t have dreamed of a more fun and down to earth pair. How about that dress too!?’  

Well-wishers were impressed by the dress and took to Instagram to dub the creation ‘beautiful’ and ‘gorgeous’. 

One commenter described the wedding gown as a ‘dress that is stunning from every angle.’
