AFL star Jy Simpkin has hard launched a new romance three months after splitting with ex-Demi Brereton.

No stranger to the spotlight, Chloe is a vegan chef, model and author who boasts 1 million followers on Instagram and a further 504,000 on TikTok.
Her social media is full of a tempting array of enviable vegan recipes that sure to win Jy’s heart.
The blonde bombshell recently released her first cookbook, Chloe’s Vegan Kitchen which, according to the book’s promo is: ‘brimming with plant-based eats that are good for the mind, body and soul.’
It was revealed in June that Jy split from his model girlfriend Demi after two years together.
The couple are understood to have ‘amicably’ gone their separate ways in recent weeks with their management telling the Herald Sun that they ‘remain good friends’.

They have seemingly unfollowed each other on Instagram in a telltale sign as neither of them appear in each other’s following lists on the social media platform.
Midfielder Jy last featured on Demi’s Instagram page when she shared a snap of them together at the Australian Open in January.
Demi also last appeared on Jy’s Instagram that same month, when he shared a selection of pictures documenting a romantic getaway they took together.

Jy’s ex recently had to nurse the football star back to health after he he took a nasty blow to the head from St Kilda defender Jimmy Webster during a practice in March.
Before stepping out at the Royal Exhibition Building during the Melbourne Fashion Festival, the model, 27, told the publication she had become ‘nurse Demi’.
‘He’s doing really well, I’m just being nurse Demi. Football is so unpredictable,’ she said.
