An OnlyFans star has recalled her shock after being accused by an Airbnb owner of ‘devaluing’ his property over a lingerie shoot.

The furore began after Layla Kelly, 34, an adult content creator who splits her time between New Zealand and Australia, visited the holiday rental with a friend, where the pair took and posed for some risque photos and videos.

The images were uploaded onto social media and reprinted in a news article, which came to the attention of the Airbnb host, who recognised his property in the photos.

Ms Kelly claimed the host contacted her via Instagram, TikTok and Reddit to accuse her of damaging the reputation of his property by linking it to the adult industry in publicly shared images.

‘I immediately took the content down, because I didn’t intend on causing such a fuss,’ Ms Kelly told realestate.com.au.

‘I respect that the owner doesn’t want content like that made on his property, but it’s a bit of a reach to say that I’ve devalued it.’

Ms Kelly insisted the home wasn’t shown clearly in the photos.

Nobody would recognise the property from the images online and would only notice if they had personally visited it in the past, she added

Ms Kelly claimed the host continued harassing her on different social media platforms until she blocked him on all of them.

She argued she may have even helped boost the property’s presence online.

‘Some of my fans would deliberately book into an Airbnb that I’ve stayed in just to say they’ve been in the same place! So I could argue that I am potentially creating revenue for him,’ she said.

While Ms Kelly believes the host’s backlash was excessive, she admitted that she has learned an important lesson.

She urged other influencers to be fully aware of the rules around professional content production and commercial shooting inside different homes on Airbnb.

Ms Kelly urged guests to read a property’s terms and conditions before their stay.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Ms Kelly and Airbnb for further comment.

Ms Kelly previously revealed how she had decided to bed as many Kiwis as she pleased in 2025 with the support of her husband of 19 years.

She wanted to prove it’s possible to give a ‘hall pass’ to your romantic partner and remain in a healthy relationship.

‘My husband and I are entering our 19th year together and thought [the hall pass] would be a fun way to spice up our marriage,’ she told the Daily Mail.

‘In the past, we have experimented with extra people in the bedroom, this year we want to do that more regularly and share our experiences with our fans online.

‘I know my fans love watching me with everyday men who aren’t my husband and we get to have some fun at the same time, it’s a win-win situation!’
