Just a day after his new baby’s mother Noor Alfallah was spotted out with Bill Maher, Al Pacino is clarifying that they’re ‘just friends.’
The 84-year-old actor welcomed his son Roman with the 30-year-old Alfallah back in June 2023, making him one of the oldest fathers in history.
Roman is his fourth child – sharing 34-year-old Julie with Jan Tarrant and 23-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with Beverly D’Angelo, who he dated from 1997 to 2003.
Pacino was asked if he’s currently in a relationship, and he told People, ‘No. I have friendship.’
A rep for the actor clarified, ‘Al and Noor are very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman.’

Pacino and Alfallah, a film producer who produced this year’s Little Death and the upcoming The Apprentice, in theaters October 11, were first reported to be dating in April 2022.
The couple with a 54-year age difference were in a photo from a dinner with Jason Momoa that went viral, and they were said to have started dating during COVID-19 lockdown.
‘Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men, she was with Mick Jagger for a while, and then she dated Nicholas Berggruen,’ the source said.
‘She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well. The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father,’ a source told Page Six back in April 2022.
‘She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money,’ the source added.
Despite high-profile relationships with D’Angelo, Diane Keaton, Tuesday Weld and Penelope Ann Miller, Pacino has never married.
The actor elaborates on this in his upcoming memoir Sonny Boy, where he calls marriage, ‘an entrance to the pain train.’
‘Everything’s a ticket to the pain train. A ticket or nothing. Are you going to go or not? No, I’ll stay here. I’ll stay here at the station, I’m not getting on,’ he said.’

He added that marriage, ‘can suit you, by all means. I just didn’t feel it ever suited me for some reason.’
Alfallah revealed in Vogue Arabia that they both met at a dinner party in the late 2010s and became friends.
‘He’s a very talented and unique person. But I had no intention of thinking like, oh, he is going to be my son’s father one day,’ she admitted.
‘Al lives down the street from my house and we started spending every day together, playing chess and watching movies. It was like film school with Al Pacino. I guess it just became something more,’ she said.
There were reports that the couple had split back in September though reps for the actor insisted, ‘They’re still together.’
