Al Pacino’s ex Noor Alfallah, 30, has broken her silence on her rumored romance with Bill Maher, 68.
Noor – who shares son Roman, one, with Pacino, 84 – sparked romance speculation with comedian Maher, 68 as the pair left LA’s Chateau Marmont earlier this month.
However, Noor now says the pair are strictly platonic while opening up about co-parenting with ‘best friend’ Pacino.
She told TMZ: ‘Bill’s my friend, just my friend, Bill’s great though.’
She said she and Pacino were not together but that co-parenting Roman was going ‘amazing.’

Alfallah and Pacino were first linked in April 2022, and they were said to have started dating during COVID-19 lockdown.
A photo of the couple from a dinner with Jason Momoa quickly went viral due to their 54-year age gap, as Alfallah was 28 and Pacino was 81 at the time.
In June 2023, the pair welcomed their first child together and Pacino’s fourth.
He also is a father to three adult children — Julie, 35, with acting teacher Jan Tarrant; and 23-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with The Coal Miner’s Daughter actress Beverly D’Angelo.
Alfallah revealed in Vogue Arabia that they both met at a dinner party in the late 2010s and became friends.
‘He’s a very talented and unique person. But I had no intention of thinking like, oh, he is going to be my son’s father one day,’ she admitted.
‘Al lives down the street from my house and we started spending every day together, playing chess and watching movies. It was like film school with Al Pacino. I guess it just became something more,’ she said.
Earlier this month, the acclaimed actor revealed that he and Alfallah had gone their separate ways.
However, Noor now says the pair are strictly platonic while opening up about co-parenting with ‘best friend’ Pacino. She told TMZ : ‘Bill’s my friend, just my friend, Bill’s great though’
While promoting his upcoming memoir Sonny Boy, he clarified his relationship status.
When asked if he was in a relationship, the never-married star told People: ‘No. I have friendship.’
A representative for the actor also told the outlet: ‘Al and Noor are very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman.’
In his tell-all, Pacino revealed which one of his famous girlfriends was ‘the closest I’ve ever come to getting married’ and said it was with Apollo 13 actress Kathleen Quinlan, whom he dated in the 1980s.

He confessed in the book: ‘I’ve always shied away from marriage. I guess I didn’t see how it would help anything. I just wanted to avoid what I thought, at the time, was the inevitable: an entrance to the pain train.’
Over the course of his career, he has dated a string of famous names, including Penelope Ann Miller to Lyndall Hobbs to Lucila Solá.
He also had an on-off romance with Diane Keaton, his love interest in The Godfather trilogy, who tried to persuade him to marry her but never succeeded.
