Aldi prepares to release adorable $10 emoji pancake pans

Aldi is preparing to launch a range of adorable pancake pans with emoji faces printed on them that are sure to give your favourite breakfast treat a twist.

The 26-centimetre Crofton pans are only $10 each and set to hit supermarket shelves on February 5 in an assortment of designs.   

The incredibly cute pan designs feature animal engravings, waffle-inspired shapes, emoji faces and plain circular slots for the traditionalists.  

The pans have been designed to hold the shape of the batter so that breakfast makers can create perfect looking pancakes every time.  

The dishwasher safe pans also feature an inner non-stick coating to make the flipping process effortlessly easy. 

Pans are suitable to use on glass-ceramic, gas and electric stove tops but are not suitable for induction stoves.

To use them customers simply pour their favourite store bought mix or homemade batter into the pan slots and wait for bubbles to form.

Once bubbles can be seen customers can flip the pancake, cook the other side and remove it onto a plate once the emoji is visible and golden brown.

Finally they can top the pancake with maple syrup, strawberries, blueberries, icing sugar and ice cream.  

Children are sure to be impressed by the imprinted emojis on their breakfast and the fun element may help encourage fussy eaters to dig in

Aldi is also selling a $10 flat pan that is perfect for crepe lovers and will help achieve the perfect thickness.  

The fun designs are ideal for family breakfasts or parties and are quick to make on weekends or school mornings.
