Alec Baldwin was spotted back in the Big Apple on Sunday, heading into an apartment building just down the street from where he lives with wife Hilaria and their four children.
The actor, 60, was seen getting out of a car looking freshly showered and in a new pair of clothes after wearing the same outfit for three straight days.
He carried a cup of coffee in his hand while making his way to the door and entered the building using his own set of keys.
He does not own an apartment in the building, but there are two units for sale.
Baldwin was not accompanied by his wife, 34, or their children.

Baldwin was noticeably absent from Saturday Night Live one day prior to the outing, which came as a bit of a shock given some of the recent comments that have been made by President Trump.
The show instead made a passing reference to the actor in the wake of his arrest at the end of the cold open, which was modeled after an episode of Laura Ingraham’s Fox News how.
‘When we come back an update from disgraced former actor Alec Baldwin, seen here molesting a boy scout,’ said Ingraham, portrayed by Kate McKinnon.
When the molesting a boy scout comment was made, a photo of Baldwin with Adam Sandler in the SNL skit Canteen Boy flashed on screen, in which Baldwin did in fact portray a man who seemed to have an inappropriate relationship with a young scout.
Baldwin will also be appearing on ABC on Sunday night with a new episode of his program The Alec Baldwin Show.
Neither network has issued a statement about Baldwin’s arrest.
Baldwin was seen out in the Hamptons on Saturday, with the actor emerging for the first time since he was booked and released for allegedly assaulting a man in New York City on Friday.
It was a somber occasion for bALDWIN, who was attending the funeral service of his friend Sarah De-Havenon Fowler.
He was spotted exiting a church in East Hampton after the service and then getting into the driver’s seat of a car before heading off.
Baldwin said nothing and kept his head down as he returned to the car, wearing the same clothes he had been photographed in on Thursday and Friday.
The actor posted an image of the program from the celebration of Fowler’s life on Saturday, writing: ‘While battling brain cancer, Sarah always had A smile on her face A kind word to offer A rare spirit, that she has left behind.’
Back in action: Baldwin was seen hopping in the driver’s seat of his car pone day after his arrest
Updates: Baldwin managed to evade the media camped outside his home at some point in the night or early this morning
Heading out: Baldwin later met up with a friend (above) while out in East Hampton, where he owns property
Boss, baby: Hilaria Baldwin was photographed on Friday just before noon as she arrived home to her $13 million penthouse with her four children
Baldwin shared posts from Greenwich Village (left) and the Hamptons (right) on Saturday
Baldwin kicked off the day by posting an image of his son at breakfast in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village just before 10am, and three hours later shared an image from the funeral service in East Hampton.
It was business as usual for Hilaria Baldwin on Saturday morning, who was seen heading home to her $13 million penthouse after grabbing some breakfast with her four children.
The preternaturally cheerful Hilaria, 34, looked less-than-pleased however as she braved the throng of media outside her building just 24 hours after her husband found himself booked at the local precinct on an assault charge.
Hilaria was forced to brave that throng alone too, with no help from her husband.
Baldwin’s victim is also keeping a low profile, with Wojciech Cieszkowski saying few words about the alleged assault which landed him in the hospital.
Cieszkowski looked neither bruised or amused by the incident on Saturday.
There is little public information about the man, who is married and owns properties upstate and in Brooklyn.
He is head of a company called Polteam Renovation, and appears to work on homes as well as flipping some of his own, having bought and sold a number of properties in New York City for a profit.
He is also an avid runner, and was a witness to the horrific bombing at the 2013 Boston Marathon after having just completed the course.
DailyMail.com has learned that he was not set to run in this year’s New York City marathon.
Chat stew: The incident played out one day after he taped a podcast with his wife (center) and NBC News correspondent Stephanie Ruhle (left) on Thursday
Consistent look: Baldwin was then seen wearing the same outfit on Friday (left) and Saturday (right) as well
Distant parties: Baldwin was no accompanied by Hilaria, who remained with the children in NYC
The marrying man: The 34-year-old wife of Alec Baldwin braved the media throng camped outside her house alone, with her actor husband, 60, nowhere to be seen
He was pulling into a spot outside Baldwin’s apartment building on Friday when the actor lost control an eyewitness told DailyMail.com, and went after the man as he went to pay the meter.
It is unclear what happened next, with Baldwin denying that he punched Cieszkowski despite the alleged victim’s claim to police that the actor hit him in the jaw.
Baldwin’s defense did not hold up on the scene however, and he was taken to the nearby Sixth Precinct where he was booked for assault.
The incident played out one day after he taped a podcast with his wife and NBC News correspondent Stephanie Ruhle.
An image of the three was posted to Instagram on Thursday by Ruhle’s assistant, with Baldwin clearly wearing the same shirt he had on during the fight.
It is unclear if he has multiple shirts or was wearing the same outfit three days in a row.
It would appear that Baldwin was trying to gather up the kids and possibly head out east to the Hamptons for the weekend on Friday, which would explain why he was so focused on grabbing the one spot right in front of his building.

No laughing matter: The married building contractor was unbruised and unamused when approached for comment
Farewell: A witness told DailyMail.com that Baldwin yelled, ‘F*** off’ during the fight’
That would have required Baldwin to evade the throng of photographers outside on Saturday, something that Hilaria proved could be done that morning when no one saw her heading out with kids but everyone snapped her returning through the building’s from entrance.
Baldwin has yet to suffer any professional fallout from this latest incident of road rage, with his employers at both NBC and ABC both staying quiet after the actor’s latest arrest.
Multiple eyewitnesses who spoke to DailyMail.com all stated that someone close to Baldwin was attempting to hold a parking spot when Cieszkowski pulled into the space.
It was unclear whether or not he was aware that the person was saving the space said the eyewitnesses.
This sent Baldwin into a rage, and he went after Cieszkowski as he went to pay the meter.
The eyewitnesses were both clear that Baldwin got physical first and that soon after both men were shoving one another.
When police arrived on the scene in response to a 911 call, Baldwin said he had not hit Cieszkowski while the alleged victim told a much different story.
Cieszkowski claimed that he had been hit in the jaw by Baldwin and was taken to Lenox Hill before being released on Friday night.

Baldwin, who has had a number of physical and verbal altercations on the streets on New York in the past, later posted about the incident on social media.
‘Normally, I would not comment on something as egregiously misstated as today’s story. However, the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false,’ wrote Baldwin on the charitable page of his foundation with wife Hilaria.
‘I wanted to go on the record stating as much. I realize that it has become a sport to tag people w as many negative charges and defaming allegations as possible for the purposes of clickbait entertainment..’
He then added: ‘Fortunately, no matter how reverberating the echos, it doesn’t make the statements true.’
Baldwin has gotten physical with members of the media and law enforcement a number of times in the past.
In 1995 he allegedly punched a cameraman who filmed him and then-wife Kim Basinger returning home from the hospital with newborn daughter Ireland.
Twenty years later Baldwin again found himself in trouble with the law when he was arrested for being belligerent to a police officer who ticketed him for riding his bike the wrong way in a one-way street.
Baldwin did not have identification on him at the time.
In 2011, he found himself kicked off an American Airlines plane for slamming a bathroom door after being repeatedly told he needed to stop playing Word With Friends while the flight was preparing for takeoff.
And in 2013 he was suspended for two weeks by MSNBC for an incident in which he called a New York Post photographer a ‘c***-s***ing f****t,’ with the network then deciding to cancel his show Up late With Alec Baldwin.
That same year he also told then-Post reporter Tara Palmeri ‘I hope you choke to death’ and lashed out at Mail Online report George Stark when he wrote about the content Hilaria posted around the time of James Gandolfini’s funeral.
‘I want all of my followers and beyond to straighten out this f***ing little b****, George Stark,’ wrote Baldwin.
‘I’m gonna find you, George Stark, you toxic little queen, and I’m gonna f*** …you…up.’
His most infamous rant however was directed at his daughter, screaming: ‘You are a rude, thoughtless little pig.’
She was 11 at the time.
