Alex Pike shares incredible four-week physical transformation following 30 days of sobriety: ‘I’m feeling really proud of myself’

Alex Pike unveiled an amazing body transformation on Wednesday after dedicating one month to sobriety and daily walks. 

The age-defying cosmetic nurse, 46, shared a before and after snap to Instagram which saw her looking especially toned and bronzed. 

Sharing a video alongside her proud post, the celebrity injector said she has been ‘feeling really good’ about herself since ditching alcohol. 

‘Today marks the day where I have committed to 30 days of sobriety and I have committed to 30 days of walking every day,’ she told her followers.

Alex went on to reveal she walked a total of 218 kilometres in the month of January, leading to a much more sculpted look on her already trim frame. 

‘I’m feeling really proud of myself and I’m feeling really good as well. I’ve been sitting on the fence with alcohol for about two years,’ she explained.

‘Just to complete the 30 days sobriety makes me feel incredible. I’m sleeping better and my skin’s great.’

The brunette beauty flaunted her brand-new figure just last week when she went on a romantic date night with her partner Dr Sachin Shridharani.

Alex flew to New York to spend time with the American plastic surgeon, who is based in Manhattan, for his birthday.

During their time together, the glamazon poured her figure into a skintight brown catsuit cinched in at the waist with a Louis Vuitton belt. 

The mother-of-three stunned in the racy ensemble, which no doubt would’ve left her quite chilly in New York’s freezing winter weather.

Despite the distance between them, Alex and Sachin have barely spent any time apart since falling in love.

The swanky surgeon spent the Christmas holidays Down Under with Alex to meet her family for the first time.

Approximately two weeks later, Alex was in New York to spend some more time with her beloved partner. 

‘Thank you for making my birthday so special and memorable!’ Sachin wrote on Alex’s Instagram page, before adding: ‘Grateful for your [love] my [love].’
