Alexa Chung shows off her lithe legs in a pair of leather shorts as she leaves the Miu Miu fashion week after-party in Paris with fiancé Tom Sturridge

Alexa Chung turned heads on Tuesday while departing the Miu Miu’s afterparty with  fiancé Tom Sturridge as Paris Fashion Week finally came to an end. 

The fashion-savvy presenter, 40, looked incredible as she put on a leggy display in leather shorts with a distressed hem. 

She added inches to her frame with burgundy court heels and toted her essentials in a matching leather handbag.

Alexa showcased her natural beauty with minimal makeup and styled her locks in loose waves as she exited the venue. 

Meanwhile, her fiancé Tom, 38, cut a dapper figure in a black blazer, shirt, and tailored trousers.

To complete his look, he sported a pair of cool black shades and a pair of smart black leather brogues. 

The afterparty comes after Alexa took centre stage alongside Hilary Swank at the Miu Miu runway show in Paris on Tuesday.

The Television host has long been a friend of the brand having either attended or walked in their shows, and worn their designs over the years.

Taking to the star-studded runway, Alexa’s look consisted of a classic grey button-down blazer paired with a matching mid-length kilt. 

Underneath her open blazer was a skimpy navy leotard with a white trim and cutouts that flashed her toned torso.

A silver metal hoop belt rested on Alexa’s hips over the kilt adding another element to the ensemble.

It comes following reports that Alexa is engaged to boyfriend Tom Sturridge. 

The star first sparked engagement rumours with the actor last year with the couple seen wearing matching rings in October.

In April it was claimed the couple are said to be ‘over the moon’ and are planning a ‘classy’ wedding ceremony in summer.

A source told The Sun: ‘Alexa has confirmed to her friends that she is indeed engaged to Tom and she is over the moon.’

‘She is in a great place and seems completely head over heels for him. They’re a great match.’

‘They have been hard at work planning a wedding with all of their close pals there.’

‘It won’t be a massive over-the-top affair but a smaller, classier and cooler bash.’

It comes following reports that Alexa is engaged to boyfriend Tom Sturridge 

In February, Alexa stepped out wearing bridal white and flashing a ring on her wedding finger as she attended Paris Fashion Week.

The son of award-winning film director Charles Sturridge, Tom seems open to marriage, while Alexa for her part, previously mused: ‘I just don’t get why marriage is different from non-marriage — I just don’t get it.’

Her spokesperson declined to comment when asked about the rumours.

Tom and Alexa went public with their romance last July when they attended day seven of the Wimbledon Championships.
