Alexander Isak could make his Newcastle debut TONIGHT against Liverpool after the Magpies’ record £60m signing is finally given the all-clear to play after gaining work permit
Newcastle United have been given a huge boost ahead of their clash against Liverpool after new signing Alexander Isak was finally given his work permit to enable him to play.
There had been doubts whether the Sweden international could feature due to not receiving his visa in time despite signing from Real Sociedad for £60million last Friday.
But having missed the 1-1 draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend, the striker can now feature for Eddie Howe’s team at Anfield on Thursday evening having now gained his work permit from the home office.
