Ali teamed her look with a pale blue linen shirt, which matched her knitted blue skirt.

She kept things casual and comfortable in a pair of tan slides and pulled her bleached blonde locks back into a low bun.

Posting to her Instagram Stories, Ali shared the reason behind her choice to ride solo.

The blonde beauty first shared a question she received from a fan, who asked her how she lives her ‘single life’.

Ali replied to the fan: ‘Ever since The Bachelorette I haven’t looked. ”Looking” indicates there’s a need to find a man and when there’s a need it creates resistance to what you need as it infers there’s a ”lack” in that area.’

‘Be the woman you love, life the life you love, and you’ll attract love and a man that will compliment your life,’ she advised.

Ali followed the post by sharing with fans her daily self-love mantra: ‘I am love. I speak loving words. I think loving thoughts.’

Ali and Taite, 31, announced their split via Instagram one year and seven months ago, saying they were ‘taking time apart’ and giving each other ‘some space’.

The couple shared near identical statements underneath selfies together and said they were making the shock announcement with ‘the heaviest heart’.

Just weeks later, Ali joined the cast of Seven’s military-style show SAS Australia.

During an interrogation scene on the program, Ali tearfully explained to the drill sergeants how ’empty’ she felt after losing the man she considered her ‘soul mate’.

While Ali is happily single, Taite went public with his girlfriend Chelsea Fenech in June 2021.
