All the details on Kyle Sandilands’ wedding with fiancée Tegan Kynaston including celebrity guests

Kyle Sandilands and his fiancée Tegan Kynaston will marry at the wedding of the year on Saturday.

The golden couple will walk down the aisle at the $60 million Swifts mansion in Darling Point, Sydney on the afternoon of April 29.

The shock jock, 51, and the socialite, 37, will exchange vows in front of 130 guests  at the heritage-listed late-Victorian Gothic Revival property.

The ceremony is rumoured to be costing the radio presenter and his bride-to-be a cool $1million.

During Monday’s Kyle And Jackie O Show, the radio titan and his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson challenged listeners to guess the cost of specific elements of Kyle’s wedding in a game called ‘Higher or Lower’.

‘You know where I made the mistake? When I first met the wedding planner and the wedding stylist… they were like, “OK, what budget are we dealing with?” and I said, “There is no budget”,’ Sandilands said at the start of the segment.

As the quiz progressed, it became evident Sandilands may well have poured a million dollars into the lavish affair.

Among the most expensive features was the floral arrangements, which cost a whopping $150K.

Henderson, who spent just $80K on her wedding to ex-husband Lee, was stunned by the price tag, asking Sandilands: ‘150 grand for something that’s just going to die a few days later?’

‘Well everyone’s allowed to take flowers home and stuff,’ Sandilands shrugged.

Tegan’s wedding dress cost less than $50K, while the suits for the bridal party and page boys cost higher than $15K.

The entertainment, which includes renting multiple stages, audio equipment and sound trucks, meanwhile cost higher than $100K.

Sandilands also hired several instrumentalists, saying: ‘There’s saxophone guys, there’s string quartets. It’s a big thing.’

The wedding stylist’s fee was lower than $250K, while the food – including an oyster bar and caviar – cost less than $75K.

Sandilands revealed he’d spent less than $120K on security detail, including 15 private guards and members of the NSW and Federal police force.

The videographer and photographer’s combined cost was lower than $80K, while the wedding invitations cost less than $15K.

Sandilands also said his wedding cake, which he described as a ‘five tier monster’, cost more than $8K.

A live organ player also set the couple back $3,000.

However, there was one detail that was given to Sandilands as a wedding gift – the couple’s wedding bands.

Sandilands confirmed that celebrity jeweller House of K’Dor had gifted the rings as a thanks for being a long-time customer.

Sandilands clarified that he'd actually saved money on the artist fees, as his A-list pop star friends Guy Sebastian and Samantha Jade had agreed to perform for free

He then revealed that Tegan’s ring was a delicate band, while his was much flashier.

‘Tegan likes dainty-looking jewellery, apart from the engagement ring, that’s a monster. But she doesn’t like too big,’ he explained.

‘And then I have a platinum ring surrounded by black diamonds,’ Sandilands said of his wedding band.

The guest list includes Karl Stefanovic and his wife Jasmine, as well as Kings Cross nightclub identity John Ibrahim and his model girlfriend Sarah Budge.

Singer Guy will bring along his stylist wife wife Jules, with the Australian Idol star scheduled to perform at the reception.

Also attending the lavish event will be NSW Premier Chris Minns and his wife.

Despite excitement peaking over Kyle and Tegan tying the knot, the pair are facing a ‘very high chance’ of rain and a ‘potential thunderstorm’ which could cause issues on their big day.

Temperatures are set to be between 16 and 21 degrees with cloudy skies and a 100 per cent chance of rain, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.

Tradesmen were spotted at Swifts mansion on Friday, setting up a marquee to ward off the ‘showers’ and ‘potential thunderstorm’ on the big day.

That’s not the only issue, as the Federal Opposition slammed Prime Minister Anthony Albanese for his plan to DJ at the wedding on Saturday.

During a press conference on Friday, Mr Albanese confirmed he will attend the nuptials.

Mr Albanese noted he wasn’t in charge of the invite list and went on to describe Kyle as an Australian success story.

Deputy Opposition leader Sussan Ley took the opportunity to criticise Mr Albanese’s priorities in a statement, saying: ‘There is nothing wrong with going to a friend’s wedding, but it is curious the Prime Minister thinks he can take a day off just days before his first real Budget.

‘Australians will rightly ask whether the Prime Minister should be spinning decks at a million dollar wedding when people can’t afford their rent.’

The Labor leader, 60, has a long history of playing gigs in his free time and running the country hasn’t seemed to slow him down.

Event goers can expect to hear everything from Springsteen and Spiderbait to Taylor Swift, The Killers and Cold Chisel, reported The Daily Telegraph on Friday.

Sharing a playlist from his 2015 Bella Union gig in Melbourne, it appears the politician dips into all genres from rock and indie to Aussie hip hop.

It comes after the couple published a David Jones registry of gifts they’d like to receive at their wedding.

The registry states that while guests aren’t required to bring gifts, there are some items they can choose from if they ‘insist’.

The list features 38 items worth a whopping $14,340 in total, and includes Waterford crystal glasses and vases, bath mats and a Nespresso machine.
