Alvaro Morata has hinted he could return to Real Madrid in an interview to be aired in Spain on Monday.
Morata, who joined the Blues from Real for £70.6million last summer, hasn’t played for Antonio Conte’s side since January 13 after suffering a back injury.
The striker has over four years left to run on his current contract at Stamford Bridge but he won’t rule out a move back to Santiago Bernabeu.

On top football chat show Espacio Reservado, journalist Julio Maldonado asked the Spain international: ‘If tomorrow they call you from Madrid, do you go straight back or would you have to think about it?’
Morata replied: ‘I have to respect Chelsea who have made a great effort for me. And I’m very happy here. But Madrid is always Madrid.’
The 25-year-old has already been ruled out of Monday’s Premier League game against West Brom.

He also may not feature in the first leg of Chelsea’s last 16 Champions League clash against Barcelona.
A source in Spain close to the player says he is already ruled out for the first leg against Barcelona in the Champions League in 10 days’ time.
In his press conference on Friday, Conte: ‘He has this problem, we are trying to find a solution to solve the pain in his back.
‘You ask me how long he is out, maybe he needs one day, one month, or is out for the season, I don’t know. I am a bit worried as we know the importance of the player.’
