Amanda Seyfried was seen on the Los Angeles set of the upcoming biographical drama series The Dropout on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old performer was seen eating lunch while making her way around the production area of the forthcoming project, which will be made available on the Hulu streaming service in the near future.
The actress’ sighting comes on the same day of the jury selection for the trial of the show’s central figure, former Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes.

The performer notably kept an identification card clipped to the bottom of her top as she viewed the show’s production area.
The Academy Award nominee’s bright blonde hair provided a striking contrast to the dark tone of the rest of her costume.
She notably kept a pink facial covering with her to keep herself protected from COVID-19 as she interacted with other cast and crew members.

The Dropout is based on the ABC News podcast of the same name, which was hosted by Rebecca Jarvis and made its debut in 2019.
Development on the television adaptation began that same year, with the audio series’ creator serving as one of its executive producers.
The series will follow Holmes, 37, as she founds the medical startup company Theranos and becomes the subject of intense media speculation regarding her claims about revolutionary new blood-testing technology.
The project will also showcase the company’s downfall and the ongoing prosecution of the entrepreneur and her associates.
Storyline: The Dropout will focus on the rise and fall of Holmes and her company, Theranos; she is seen in 2015
Kate McKinnon was originally set to star in and produce the show, although she later dropped out of the project.
Seyfried’s casting was announced this past March, and she will also serve as one of its producers.
Naveen Andrews will portray Holmes’ business partner and romantic interest, Ramesh ‘Sunny’ Balwani in the forthcoming series.
