Amazon Australia quietly slashes price of popular dishwashing tablets by nearly half for a limited time

It’s one of the popular household essentials that has copped a major price hike amid the rising cost-of-living.

But shoppers can now snap up dishwasher tablets for a fraction of the price on Amazon Australia.

The marketplace giant has quietly slashed the price of Somat Excellence 4-in-1 Dishwasher Capsules by up to 46 per cent.

A pack of 45 capsules now costs $20.99, or just 46 cents per capsule. 

For further savings, customers who use Subscribe & Save can enjoy an extra 10 per cent off – bringing the total down to $18.89, or just 41 cents per capsule.

The four-in-one gel and powder formula offers a ‘deep clean’ with a unique enzyme blend, acting against stubborn stains – including burnt pots and pans.

The capsules consist of a ‘powerful’ cleaning powder that is released first, followed by three solid gels during the rinse cycle. 

Shoppers can expect sparkling clean kitchenware – as the formula leaves no residue or dried-on water spots so there’s no need for polishing after dishwasher is done. 

The tablets have received more than 700 five-star reviews – with a near-perfect average rating of 4.6 out of 5.
