Amazon to start selling Apple TV, Google Chromecast

Apple TV owners can now access Amazon Prime Video through the streaming device, marking what could be the end of an ongoing feud between the two tech giants.

Apple announced today that Amazon’s video-streaming app is now available on Apple TV and Apple TV 4K.

At Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference in June, CEO Tim Cook confirmed that Apple TV would support the Amazon Prime Video app before the end of the year.

But, with 2017 coming to a close, many were left wondering when this would actually happen.

Now, starting today, Apple says the Amazon Prime app will finally be available for Apple TV.

This will allow users to stream Amazon original series and movies.

Apple is also adding support for live sports, with participation from ESPN, the NBA, and Turner Sports.
