Scott began dating the teen model last year after his spit from his longtime girlfriend Sofia Richie, 22, whose father is music legend Lionel Richie.
Sofia was 19 when Scott began dating her and before that he was linked to Bella Thorne when she herself was 19.
Scott shares his three children – Mason, 11, Penelope, eight, and Reign, six – with his ex Kourtney Kardashian with whom he has a close friendship and co-parenting relationship with.
