Former tennis ace Andy Roddick and his actress wife Brooklyn Decker, have sold their lakefront North Carolina home for $2.35million (£1.72million), having been forced to reduce the price by $75,000.
The four-bedroom house in the village of Cashiers was originally priced at $2.99million (£2.19million) in June 2016. It was recently reduced to $2.47million (£1.81million).
The couple designed and had the house built ‘from the ground up’ in 2013, and despite it being their dream home, the birth of their first child Hank in September 2015 made them think twice.
