Ange Postecoglou LOSES IT at his players in dismal first half against Chelsea… as Karen Carney says she’s never seen the Tottenham boss so frustrated on the touchline

Ange Postecoglou was left fuming at his Tottenham players after a dismal first half performance against Chelsea.

After a north London derby defeat on the weekend, Tottenham were keen to respond in style against Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

However, their poor start to the game was punished  when Trevoh Chalobah opened the scoring to give Chelsea the lead.

And in the 32nd minute, Postecoglou made his feelings known to his players as he lost his temper on the touchline.

He screamed: ‘Stop passing it backwards’, while pointing at Pape Matar Sarr and Cristian Romero.

And Karen Carney, who was on pundits for Sky Sports, claimed she had never seen Poste. oglou so frustrated before

‘Angry Ange! Honestly I’ve never seen him so angry and animated’, she said.

‘They kept getting into midfield and giving it away and really it’s about Johnson and Son, they missed the ball and they lose possession and give away this free-kick that leads to the goal.’

Carney added: ‘Well they keep playing into that midfield and keep losing the ball instead of giving your best players a 1v1 we haven’t seen enough of them and that front three with Kulusevski at the core has done nothing.
