Angry Bagel Guy rants at cops as he is handcuffed for ‘trying to fight a man’ at Long Island park

The foul-mouthed tyrant whose bagel shop meltdown about dating as a short man went viral last month has found himself in hot water once again, this time with the police.

Chris Morgan, 45, was placed in handcuffs at the Bay Shore Marina in New York on Sunday after witnesses say he got into a fight with another man.

Cops at the scene spotted the commotion and descended on Morgan, ordering him to lay on the ground with his hands behind his back.

Bystanders recorded video of the police response which shows Morgan complying with orders while spewing unkind words at the officers.

The troublemaker was led to a police cruiser in handcuffs, but it is unclear whether he was actually arrested.

DailyMail.com has reached out to the Suffolk County Police Department for more details about the incident.

Morgan has become infamous for his short temper, having shot to fame last month when he picked a fight with strangers he thought were mocking his height in a Bagel Boss shop on Long Island.

After the clip first emerged, Morgan told DailyMail.com that he was a ‘prophet’ and the ‘Martin Luther King’ of little people.

He explained that he lost his temper in the clip because ‘I got to the point where I’d had enough’.

He claimed to be ‘tired of the immaturity’ and girls allegedly dumping him because of his height.

Morgan added: ‘The girls hate me, they don’t like me, that’s fine.

‘Now I have a mission I’m not stopping and the world is going to hear me. I want equality for everybody.’

The cleaning company owner was married in 2007 but divorced five years later and since then claims women are only after him for his money.

He said: ‘I’m sick of getting constantly lied to and used on dates. And then they dump me. They tell me I’m too short.

‘They don’t have a job, or a job as good as mine. They don’t have a car. They are more overweight… and they are judging ME?’

Over the past several weeks he has tried to cash in on his notoriety, launching a Facebook page calling himself a ‘comedian’ and signing himself up for a celebrity boxing match with Lenny Dykstra in Atlantic City on September 8.

However, Morgan faced fierce legal opposition after he tried to adopt the nickname Bagel Boss, resulting in a cease and desist letter from lawyers for the cafe chain.

Instead he’s now using a more fitting moniker: The Angry Bagel Guy.

The video shared online by Morgan (left) and others shows him engaging with a man ( right)

Last week Morgan shared a video of himself fighting a much taller man at a casino in Islandia

Morgan touted his short fuse once again last week by posting another video of himself fighting a much taller man.

The Long Island resident claimed that two girls had called him at 2.30am begging him to hang out with them at Jake’s 58 Casino in Islandia, New York.

Morgan then alleged that it was all a rouse to ‘play f****** mind games and have their uncle try to start s*** with me.’

The video began with Morgan held at the neck by another man, who is carrying a drink in his other hand.

After being pushed away, Morgan pursues the man.

‘Put your hands on a woman,’ the man yells before smacking Morgan in the face.

Morgans retaliates by kicking him in the knee and continues to chase the man.

‘Punch me again,’ he threatens. ‘Punch me again and I’ll knock you right out.’

‘Putting your hands on a woman,’ the man repeats before handing his beer to a passerby.

As tensions begin to escalate again, a security guard in blue races between the pair and breaks them up.

‘This guy’s a psycho,’ Morgan yells while being dragged away.

Some on social media speculated that the second outburst was a publicity stunt.
