The reality star carefully cradled her young daughter to her chest as she made her way down the street.

Earlier this month, Anna revealed she recently faced a life-threatening situation during the birth of her second daughter Ruby with her husband Tim Robards.

She revealed how what was supposed to be a routine procedure almost turned fatal.

Anna disclosed that complications arose shortly after delivering Ruby via caesarean section.

Despite initially thinking everything had gone smoothly with the birth, she faced sudden and severe postpartum bleeding.

‘With my first child Elle I had a C-section and we later found out that she had the umbilical cord wrapped around her neck twice,’ Anna recounted during an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

‘So when it came to my second one, I went in for a caesarean too and I guess I was a little bit c**ky … I thought it’s all gonna be fine, it’ll be easy they’ll just bring her out.’

The joy of having Ruby on her chest was short-lived when the medical team suspected she was clotting.

‘The birth itself was fine and I had Ruby on my chest and I thought everything had gone really well. Then all of a sudden, they said that they thought I was clotting,’ she explained.

Anna spent the night in the intensive care unit as a precaution and she is now on the mend.
