Anthea Turner has revealed the secret to her age-defying looks in a brand new interview – but it’s not what you might expect.

The TV presenter, 64, looked radiant after returning from a dreamy break at Sandals Regency La Toc in Saint Lucia with her fiancé Mark Armstrong, but her glow isn’t just thanks to the Caribbean sunshine.

When asked what her secret is, Anthea revealed that she occasionally gets Botox anf filler but mainly credited her ageless features to her skincare brand’s Balm 6 product.

She told OK! Magazine: ‘Well, Balm 6 obviously keeps my skin hydrated and in good shape. But I still have Botox, which can be amazing if used properly.

‘I can still frown a bit, but I haven’t looked properly angry since I was about 40! I have a tiny bit of filler in my cheeks.

‘I’ve used IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) for years to manage pigmentation on my face, neck and chest, and I wear factor 30 to 50 on my face, chest and hands every day.

With her 65th birthday just a few weeks away, Anthea shared that ageing doesn’t bother her in the slightest.

She said it ‘doesn’t bother me’ – but it’s people’s reactions to ageing that can be the real issue.

She added that her generation ‘really changed the world,’ and so much has evolved – including how generational lines have blurred. For example, there’s no longer a clear divide in fashion, which she believes is ‘brilliant’.

Twice-married Anthea has been engaged to Mark since 2019, though they have yet to tie the knot.

When asked about wedding plans, she explained that COVID-19 disrupted everything – and tragically, both Mark’s mum and her own mum passed away.

She added that two of her stepdaughters got married soon after, so their own wedding plans were put on the back burner – but she insisted they’ll still get around to it.

She also said that their recent Saint Lucia trip was especially important, explaining: ‘It’s so easy to lose each other if you’re not careful.’

A holiday, she said, gives you the space to reconnect – and she truly cherishes her relationship with Mark.

Elsewhere in the interview, Anthea spoke lovingly about becoming a ‘glam-ma.’

Her stepdaughter, Claudia Bovey, recently welcomed a baby boy named Dexter, and Anthea shared the happy news on Instagram with a heartfelt message to Claudia and her partner, James.

Posting a sweet snap of her grandson, Anthea captioned the post: ‘Claudia Bovey you are a star ⭐️

‘Love you James for making her so happy Dexter is beautiful. Hugs and Kisses forever.

She concluded: ‘Granny Anth’ alongside several emojis.
