Antonio Brown accuses NBC of plotting against Donald Trump supporter Elon Musk at Cowboys vs Steelers

NBC’s coverage of the Dallas Cowboys’ win over the Pittsburgh Steelers has been accused of intentionally shunning Elon Musk.

The X chief whipped Pittsburgh fans into a frenzy as he attended Sunday night’s prime-time game at Acrisure Stadium – a day after joining Donald Trump on stage at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Despite the 53-year-old’s attendance at the Steelers’ Week 5 matchup, Musk failed to receive the Taylor Swift treatment as NBC’s coverage didn’t appear to show him in the stands.

Fellow Trump backer and former NFL star Antonio Brown claimed the network intentionally avoiding Musk on its broadcast as a form of media censorship against Trump’s campaign.

‘NBC choose not to show @elonmusk at the Cowboys vs Steelers game,’ the former wide receiver alleged on Musk’s own social media platform.

‘Another reason to get out in Vote,’ he added. ‘Media censoring is real and will only get worse unless change.’

There is no evidence to suggest that NBC did intentionally avoid showing Musk as Brown alleged. DailyMail.com has contacted NBC Sports for comment.

In clips shared by Musk to X, the Tesla founder brushed shoulders with die-hard Steelers fans as he whipped around a ‘terrible towel’ – a yellow dish towel that has become a talisman within the franchise – from what appeared to be a VIP suite.

Musk’s appearance at the game came a day after he jubilantly leaped about the stage at a Trump rally at the Butler Farm Show grounds in Pennsylvania, where the former president survived an assassination attempt three months ago.

Brown had said on X on Friday that he also planned to be at the game as part of his voter-registration push in the state of Pennsylvania.

Brown did not show up at the game, despite support from Musk on X on his posts about the election.

Last month, ABC was accused of a similar blackout of Trump during Georgia’s highly-anticipated college football showdown against Alabama.

The former president, 78, attended the game – that the Crimson Tide ultimately won – on September 28, despite major security measure concerns after two assassination attempts .

Social media users took to X to blast ABC – claiming the network deliberately avoided showing Trump and only put him on the screen for a mere six seconds.

Critics claimed the network showed ‘complete bias’ and that other footage online was damning for ABC. Among the scenes ABC failed to air in its coverage was Trump receiving a triumphant hero’s welcome, with tens of thousands cheering the former president as he appeared on the big screen in the stadium.

Other footage showed the Republican candidate arriving to a wild reception from college kids as he tossed them boxes of popcorn and waved to the crowds.
