Apprentice star Jade English slams ex James White

The Apprentice star Jade English has slammed her ex-boyfriend James White for letting an 18-stone stripper perform in his office – and says it was because of his obsession with ‘The Wolf of Wall Street.’

Mr White, 26, who won the latest series of the BBC show along with Sarah Lynn, was reportedly caught watching the dancer, called Gloria, in mobile phone footage of the incident after initially denying he was present.

His employees had hired the dancer – who was seen clad in just leather boots and a police officer’s hat – to celebrate a salesman’s birthday.

Now, Ms English – a PR and marketing manager whose romance with Mr White fizzled shortly after the series ended – has branded him ‘immature and stupid’ for the stunt, the Sun on Sunday reports.

The 25-year-old said the pair watched the Leonardo DiCaprio film about a drug-addicted stockbroker who threw hedonistic parties, ‘all the time’ when they were shooting The Apprentice.

‘He thought hiring strippers and getting wasted at work was hilarious,’ she told the newspaper.

‘James thinks this is a good way of impressing people and showing off.

‘He’s not a wolf – he has been a complete wally for allowing a stripper into a professional environment.’

Mr White, whose was given £250,000 for his recruitment firm after jointly winning the show last year, was admonished by Lord Sugar after the video surfaced.

In the clip, a young executive – with a £20 note in his mouth – is seen being straddled by the stripper at offices in Aston, Birmingham.

The employee had only recently been hired by Mr White’s firm Right Time Recruitment.

Mr White’s staff paid for the stripper to celebrate his 25th birthday as well celebrate hitting targets.

In the footage, male and female staff can be heard laughing while pinning their colleague to the floor as the stripper sits on him.

He shouts ‘help me’ as a female worker jokes ‘I’ve got his legs, I’ve got his legs’.

It is believed the video was shared in a Whatsapp group among staff members, including the newly-promoted sales executive.

Mr White’s firm said the Apprentice star had been in a hotel three miles away when the stripper arrived, but footage later showed him filming the incident.

A spokesman for the group told The Sun: ‘Sexism and the objectification of women are too often considered part of the culture in many businesses and industries.’
