Are Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough going to adopt?

Karl Stefanovic and Jasmine Yarbrough could perhaps be considering adoption.

During a segment with AdoptTogether ambassador Curtis Stone on Friday’s Today show, the TV host revealed his fiancée is a passionate supporter of the process.

The 44-year-old, who underwent a vasectomy while married to his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn, already has three children: Jackson, 19, Ava, 13, and River, 11.

Celebrity chef Curtis Stone appeared on Today to promote the crowdfunding website AdoptTogether, ahead of World Adoption Day on November 9.

AdoptTogether helps families raise funds to cover the high costs of adoption.

During the interview, Karl revealed that his 34-year-old fiancée is a longtime supporter of AdoptTogether.

‘My partner’s involved in this, been involved in this for many years as well. I met Hank [Fortener, AdoptTogether’s founder] when I was in LA and to break down these barriers is so important,’ Karl said.

Karl also revealed he had previously spoken ‘at length’ with Hugh Jackman’s wife Deborra-lee Furness about the adoption process.

Hugh and Deborra-lee share two adopted children: Oscar, 18, and Ava, 13.

In an unconfirmed report last month, Woman’s Day alleged that Karl and Jasmine had ‘talked about having children’ together.

‘Jasmine really wants to be a mum, so we all expect Karl will be a dad again,’ a source said. ‘I don’t think they’re going to rush into it, but it’s a given that it will happen.’

The same magazine previously claimed the Channel Nine star had undergone a vasectomy reversal in Los Angeles last year.

According to the Vasectomy Reversal Center of America, getting pregnant after a vasectomy reversal is usually a six to 12 month process. 

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Karl’s management for comment.

Karl and Jasmine will marry in December at the One&Only Palmilla Resort in the seaside town of San Jòse del Cabo, Mexico.
