Are these Britain’s most ELIGIBLE people?

Attractive, sociable and full of attitude, these famous faces are the most eligible people in Britain, according to Tatler magazine.

The British society bible has compiled a list of the top 200 most in-demand people for its December issue, choosing each entrant because they are ‘sexy, sassy and seriously social.’

Topping the list is Emma Raducanu, the 18-year-old from Kent, who has had a rapid rise to A-list celebrity status following her US Open triumph in September, while Prince George’s billionaire godfather, the Duke of Westminster, 30, came in second.

Princess Diana’s niece Lady Eliza Spencer and David Beckham’s son Romeo also made an appearance.

The tennis ace has recently become the latest celebrity to be announced as an ambassador for high-end fashion house Dior – just one month after she became the face of Tiffany & Co. in a deal worth an estimated ‘£2million.’

In her new role, the teen will represent Dior Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri’s womenswear collections as well as the luxury brand’s skincare and make-up ranges.

It is not known how much Emma will be paid for her role as an ambassador for Dior.

In 2004 Oscar-winner Charlize Theron reportedly signed a £27m, 11-year contract with the brand.

And in 2014 it was claimed actress Jennifer Lawrence had been offered up to £14m for three years.

Emma stunned the world in September when, just months after studying for her A-levels, she was crowned US Open champion after beating Canadian Leylah Fernandez.

The first British woman in 44 years to win a Grand Slam singles title, she did not drop a set during the tournament.

Days later she found herself among the A-list elite at New York’s Met Gala – the biggest night in fashion.

She rose to the occasion in a stunning midriff-baring, monochrome Chanel outfit complete with pearls encircling her waist and Tiffany diamonds in her ears.

Personally invited by Vogue chief Dame Anna Wintour, she was seated on the $500,000 Chanel table with its celebrity ambassadors – prompting speculation she would join their ranks as an ambassador.

Prince George’s billionaire godfather, the Duke of Westminster, inherited his title and estate from his father, Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, the sixth Duke of Westminster, upon his death in 2016.

Socialite Hugh Grosvenor, who is often spotted looking suave, became Britain’s youngest billionaire after inheriting £9.3billion following his father Gerald’s sudden death in 2016.

Hugh also inherited 300 acres across London’s Mayfair and Belgravia – two of the most expensive areas in the world – as well as estates in Oxford, Scotland and properties around the globe – including the 10,872-acre family estate at Eaton Hall in Cheshire.

He hit headlines last year after pledging £12.5million to help the NHS in its fight against coronavirus.

The Duke donated £2.5million to the Health Service when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, but said he was so ‘humbled’ by the work of doctors and nurses he wanted to give another £10million.

He donated most of his money to NHS Charities Together, to provide respite, rehabilitation and mental health assistance to NHS staff and their families.

Hugh is close friends with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the youngest of Prince George’s godparents.

His father Gerald Grosvenor had surgery to remove a tumour from his lung in July 2013. The operation was said to have been a success and he apparently made a good recovery.

But Hugh lost his father three years later in August 2016 after he suffered a sudden heart attack while out on a country walk, aged 64.

The daughter of the late Marquess of Bute, who is represented by modelling agency Elite, regularly graces the pages of Tatler.

In July last year, she was seen putting on a very glamorous display as she joined supermodel Cara Delevingne and a posse of pals for a very luxurious trip to Ibiza.

There, she celebrated one year of sobriety alongside her other friends, including fellow clean-living society beauty Lady Mary Charteris.

Lady Lola previously discussed her change in lifestyle on Instagram, where she admitted she feels as though she has ‘changed for the better’.

In 2020, Lady Lola made headlines when her on-off boyfriend Kai Schachter-Rich, son of art dealer Kenny Schachter and artist Ilona Rich Schachter and grandson of Denise and Marc Rich, took his own life.

She was a close friend of IIa Scheckter, daughter of former F1 champion Jody Scheckter, who died of a ‘suspected accidental overdose’ last year after losing her battle with addiction.

Lola’s father John Crichton-Stuart – who also went by Johnny Dumfries – died from cancer in March aged 62, with the title of Marquess of Bute being passed to her brother Jack Dumfries.

It’s no surprise model, DJ and actor Elias, whose mother is tennis ace Boris Becker’s ex-wife, German-American fashion designer Barbara, was snapped up by Select Model Management shortly after moving to London from the US.

The 22-year-old, who is is studying film-making at Roehampton University, previously revealed how his father moved him into his South-West London home.

He added he has since has copied the daily routine that helped his dad become a tennis champ – starting with 50 press-ups

‘He gives me advice and he gives me routines every day. He tells me what he did when he was my age and I just copy his schedule,’ Elias told Mail Online’s Sebastian Shakespeare.  ‘So I wake up at 7am and I do 50 push-ups and then I go back to sleep for an hour.

‘Then I wake up and I do yoga for 30 minutes and then meditation with my dad and then we eat breakfast and we talk about our goals for that day. At night it’s a similar thing.’

Prince Edward and Sophie the Countess of Wessex’s daughter is often spotted driving  her grandfather Prince Philip’s carriage as she heads out with mother Sophie Wessex in the grounds of Windsor.

The young royal and her mother Sophie Wessex, who are both avid carriage drivers, competed in the Champagne Laurent-Perrier Meet of the British Driving Society in Berkshire in May last year.

Lady Louise was taught at a young age, and inherited a love of carriage driving from her grandfather, Prince Philip.

In June, Sophie Wessex said she hopes her daughter Lady Louise Windsor will be able to lead a ‘private life’ for the ‘next few years’.

The Countess of Wessex spoke about the 17-year-old in a wide-ranging interview with the BBC’s Naga Munchetty at St James’s Palace.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live on how the media affects her family, Sophie said her daughter ‘doesn’t really get involved with social media’ and ‘isn’t interested in putting anything out about herself’.

‘We are protective, obviously,’ said the Countess. ‘She doesn’t really get involved with social media very much at all and that is purely her choice. I wouldn’t deny her going onto it, but she’s not really that interested in it.

‘There’s a few platforms that she talks to her friends on but that’s basically it, she doesn’t put anything out about herself at all. She’s very private.

He’s the hot favourite to replace Daniel Craig as James Bond when Daniel’s 15-year run as 007 ends after No Time to Die is released in September.

And actor Regé-Jean Page often sends temperatures soaring thanks to the shirtless snaps he posts on Instagram.

In August, it was revealed the actor is hot favourite to replace Daniel Craig as James Bond – now sitting at 4/5 in the betting stakes as bookmakers tip him to play the suave character next.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: ‘It’s looking increasingly likely Bond chiefs have made their minds up in the hunt for Daniel Craig’s replacement, with Regé-Jean Page now clear favourite in the betting.’

Regé-Jean shot to global stardom after appearing as handsome heartthrob Simon Bassett, the Duke of Hastings, in the first season of the show, which centred on his character’s romance with leading lady Daphne Bridgerton, played by Phoebe Dynevor.

He left fans devastated when they learned he wouldn’t be returning for season two of Bridgerton, but he told Vanity Fair how his character was only meant to be in one season.

When asked if he was nervous about leaving the role of Simon Basset the Duke of Hastings behind, he said: ‘Not at all, because that’s what was meant.

Simon was this bomb of a one-season antagonist, to be reformed and to find his true self through Daphne.

‘I think one of the bravest things about the romance genre is allowing people a happy ending.’

Lady Eliza is daughter of Charles Spencer and British model Victoria Aitken and has a twin sister, Lady Amelia.

In January, Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia starred on Tatler’s March 2021 issue and gave a rare interview about family life.

Dazzling in crystal-encrusted Miu Miu gowns, the first cousins of Princes William and Harry opened up about their upbringing in South Africa and the legacy of their late aunt, the Princess of Wales, who died in a car crash in Paris when they were five.

Lady Eliza, who is the younger sister of Lady Kitty, 30, and older sibling of Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp, 26, admitted neither of them had any idea of Diana’s impact on the world until years after her death.

‘We always just knew her as our aunt,’ she explained, adding that she remembers her as ‘incredibly warm, maternal and loving’.

‘Growing up in South Africa, I really had very little idea of how significant she was in the world until I was much older… She always made an effort to connect with us as children and had a talent for reading children’s hearts.’

Eliza recalled how on one occasion, the twins went with their aunt to Noordhoek, a beach known for its freezing water, and were approached by a photographer.

‘Obviously it could have been quite terrifying for us, being so young and not understanding what was happening,’ she said.

‘But she turned it into a game of who could get back to the car first. It was amazing how she protected us in a way that made us feel safe and not frightened.

‘We had no idea what she was doing at the time. As a child, I realised the enormity of the loss for my father and family. It was only later that I came to understand the significance of the loss of her as a figure in the world.’

In June, the socialite shared a sun-soaked topless snap from her summer getaway to the south of France.

In the snap, taken by boyfriend Channing Millerd, Eliza, lying face-down on a sun lounger on the shores of La Reserve De La Mala, is seen gazing up into the lens while her feet stretch out towards the sea.

The Tatler cover girl, who has been with Channing for five years, donned a pair of bikini bottoms printed with a tropical pattern – but the straps of the top were been taken down to avoid awkward tan lines.

Padmanabh Singh, who has walked for D&G, was crowned as the unofficial Maharaja of Jaipur in 2011, and is a member of the former ruling family of Jaipur State, in present-day Rajasthan, India, and worth an estimated £500-650 million.

Although his title is not officially recognised by law as India is a federal parliamentary democratic republic, the title is still highly respected, and was bestowed to him when his grandfather died, skipping his mother due to her gender, and his father – a former household staff member – as he had no royal blood.

Like his grandfather, Bhawani Sing, Padmanabh, is an accomplished polo player and the youngest ever member of a World Cup polo team in 2017 and the youngest winner of the Indian Open Polo Cup.

He has modelled for D&G and accompanied Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Philippe’s daughter Ava to the Bal des Débutantes in Paris in 2017.

The young royal’s Instagram – which boasts 130,000 followers – shows a life of travel, and a passion for polo playing across the world.

One picture sees him hanging out with the Dutch royal family, including King Willem Alexander, Queen Maxima and their children.

And he looks to be deeply religious, taking part in Vijaydashmi, a major Hindu festival celebrated at the end of Navaratri every year.

Exotic photos of his travels include South Africa, Italy – previously described as his favourite country – as well as Spain, Thailand, Colombia, Peru and Portugal.
