Arias 2017: Sylvia Jeffreys puts on an elegant display

She’s the Today show host known for her elegant displays. 

And Sylvia Jeffreys did not fail to disappoint as she stepped on the red carpet at the ARIA Awards on Tuesday. 

The 31-year-old showcased her slender physique in a a slim fitted embroidered frock by Alice McCall which she teamed with Gucci shoes.

She wore her blonde bob out in messy waves and opted for bold makeup with a smokey eye and deep red lip.  

She rounded off her outfit with a black clutch bag and her wedding ring and diamond engagement band. 

Sylvia recently told Women’s Weekly that she and husband Peter Stefanovic are hoping for a ‘house full of kids.’

‘We’d love a house full of kids,’ Sylvia said.

She also admitted that with her and Peter’s busy work schedules, kids aren’t in their immediate future just yet.

‘It may need to be an immaculate conception,’ she joked.

‘Sadly, it’s not happening in the immediate future. We’re not in a rush to get there.’

 Recently Sylvia told TV WEEK magazine what it’s really like to work as one of the most in-demand television presenters in the country.

‘Once my feet hit the ground, it’s a fast-paced journey,’ the Channel Nine star told the publication.

Speaking of her early starts, with the Today show commencing at 6am, Sylvia said: ‘It’s a supercharged process which begins with my first alarm at 3.15am. I always set a back-up alarm for 3.17am – in case I drift back into a deep sleep.

‘But once my feet hit the ground, it’s a fast-paced journey from bed to shower to kitchen to car. I roll through the Channel Nine gates at about 4.03am.’
