The former governor of California — who bundled up as he watched the competition at the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup on Sunday — completed his look with a pair of patent leather dress shoes.
Schwarzenegger and Milligan were attached at the hip as they arrived at the event and were seen holding hands on the red carpet.

Schwarzenegger first met Milligan in 2012 and have been dating for over a decade.
He was first linked to the physical therapist in 2013 after he separated from his ex-wife Maria Shriver in 2011.
The former couple had been married for 25 years and welcomed four children during that time.
They are parents to Katherine, 34, Christina, 32, Patrick, 30, and Christopher.
Schwarzenegger is also father to Joseph Baena, 26, from his affair with longtime housekeeper Mildred Patricia Baena, 62.
