Arsenal emphatically capitalised on their first-leg advantage to rout Slavia Prague and ensure their spot in the Women’s Champions League quarter-finals.
The London side had secured a 5-2 victory in the reverse clash, and once again showcased their dominance at Meadow Park after easing into a four-goal lead before the half-time interval.
Gunners star Danielle Van de Donk rounded off her hat-trick after the resumption as Arsenal continued to add further gloss to their already handsome lead.

The Dutch star opened her account for the evening in the 21st minute, before skipper Kim Little also converted beyond stopper Bara Votikova to double the hosts’ lead.
Jill Roord further extended Arsenal’s control with a thunderous strike, and there was still time for Vivianne Miedema to ensure a spot on the score sheet on the stroke of the break.
But despite all but ensuring their spot in the final eight of the competition, the Gunners continued to turn the screw in search of more goals.

Van de Donk then netted her second and third goals of the encounter, before Miedema also secured her trio after tucking a neat finish inside the far post on 86 minutes.
The draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals will be unveiled on November 8, with the first legs set to be contested in March.
