Arsenal are reportedly looking to buy £27million Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini in instalments.
Gunners manager Unai Emery has just £45m to rebuild his squad this summer after his side missed out on Champions League qualification.
Pellegrini has a £27m buy-out clause in his current deal which can be paid in two instalments and that would be favourable to Arsenal, according to The Mirror.

The 22-year-old has also reportedly attracted interest from Tottenham, AC Milan and Inter Milan with Spurs and Arsenal having already contacted his agent, according to Inside Futbol.
Pellegrini’s contract at the Serie A club does not expire until the summer of 2022 but Roma are reportedly keen to agree a new one without the release clause.
The Italy international made 33 appearances last season, in which he scored four goals and contributed seven assists.

Pellegrini was linked with a possible move to Manchester United back in January.
Sportsmail reported last month that Arsenal’s finances are in a disarray due to crippling wage bill and a shortfall in income.
Emery could have had as much as £90m to spend on players had they lifted the Europa League trophy.
