My Kitchen Rules star Ash Pollard has stunned her fans by debuting a bold new look in a clip in which she weighed in on the federal election.

The 38-year-old former contestant has ditched her trademark frizzy blonde hair in favour of a very eye-catching new ‘do’.

Ash now sports sleek, straight blonde hair that falls gracefully around her shoulders, beautifully framing her face.

Despite her more defined facial features, she still maintains the cheeky grin familiar from her time on MKR.

In the clip, Ash gave her thoughts on Australia’s federal election held on Saturday.

‘As I read everyone’s policies I am like, “That’s s**t, that’s s***ter, why are they all so bad?” We have some really s***ty people, what do we do?’ Ash vented.

She then suggested that fans visit the Build A Ballot website to help them make an informed decision about who they would be voting for. 

Ash also took to Instagram on Friday to share her new look, this time styled in a soft, layered bob, as she prepared to step out for a Mother’s Day lunch.

Followers were quick to gush over Ash’s new look with the likes of, ‘And your look is on point!! Absolutely stunning,’ and ‘Loving your hair.’

In January, Ash revealed why she believes it is not necessary for long-term couples to rush down the aisle.

The reality TV star, who shares two daughters with her partner of seven years, Pete Ferne, made the surprising revelation on social media.

And many of her 126K followers agreed with Ash’s decision to stay unmarried to her long-term beau.

In the post, Ash included a gallery of photos of herself and Pete in a romantic setting surrounded by flowers and candles and ‘acting out’ a wedding ceremony.

In the pictures, Ash could be seen in a smart white frock, while Pete was dressed in a pair of shorts as one of their children watched while they shared a kiss.

‘Happy New Year from us! Still unmarried, but forced to act out what a wedding looks like so the kids understand the concept,’ she wrote in the caption.

Ash ended her message with a hint aimed at her man: ‘Pete, maybe you can show the girls what a real-life proposal looks like sometime? Or not. It’s cool.’ 

The couple, who have been together since 2017, share two daughters – four-year-old Clementine and three-year-old Claudette.

‘Why did I assume that you were the one holding out?, one of Ash’s followers asked the reality star, adding: ‘[Your] girls would adore being flower girls!’

But Ash was quick to shut down any confusion about the couple’s feelings about wedlock. 

‘Hahah! It just really isn’t a priority for either of us. We don’t really even talk about it. Life is good!’ she said.

Ash went Instagram official with partner Pete, a builder, in 2017. 

The curly-haired star first rose to prominence in the 2015 season of My Kitchen Rules, where she finished fourth alongside her cooking partner Camilla.

Known for her outspoken and humorous style, the Queensland-born influencer  appeared on Dancing with the Stars the same year.

In 2017 she headed into the jungle for I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.
