The High School Musical star, 39, decorated her hospital room with candles to create a ‘zen’ vibe.
‘@lbreggy made my labor a magical zen space again just like we did before. This time we had @beingfrenshe palo santo collection with us so we were the best smelling room,’ she captioned the post tagging her doula and her own wellness brand.
In one picture, Ashley sat on a yoga ball with her legs spread preparing to welcome her new daughter.
She also shared the snaps to her Instagram Stories and revealed she had her hair blown out the night before she went into labor.

‘@buddywporter did my blow out the night before my labor, I was like “I want to look good when this baby comes out,”‘ her caption began.
‘But of course we never know how labor is gonna go and after having to do rotating positions to keep the baby’s heart rate up, I put my hair in a bun and then threw up on myself,’ she continued alongside a laughing face emoji.
‘So let’s just be real and not try so hard sometimes lol,’ she concluded.
She also shared photos of her husband Christopher French, 42 and doula Lori Bregman standing close by in case she needed any help.
Ashley and her husband also share three-year-old daughter Jupiter.
They welcomed the newest addition to their family on September 6 and shared a first look of her newborn baby in a joint social media post.
The actress took to Instagram to share a photo of her, her husband and their first child holding their newest family member’s small and precious hand.
‘All three of us are obsessed with you 9.6.24,’ she penned alongside a four-leaf clover emoji in her short but sweet note.

The arrival of the happy couple’s newest family member comes after Tisdale made her pregnancy announcement back in March.
At the time, she shared on social media and revealed that she and French were expecting their second child together.
She shared the joyful news with snaps of herself showing off her baby bump while posing by a lemon tree at their Los Angeles home.
‘We can’t wait to meet you,’ the star wrote in her caption.
