Asher Keddie and her husband Vincent Fantauzzo have released photos of their stunning Melbourne home in a bid to attract a buyer.
The Offspring actress, 45, and her artist beau are selling the home in Elwood with a price guide of $2.4-$2.6 million.
The couple renovated the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home after purchasing it in 2015 for $2.06 million.
The home has three living and dining areas, a marble kitchen, high pressed-metal ceilings, open fireplaces, and a wrap-around veranda.
It also features Fantauzzo’s portrait of Australian acting legend Heath Ledger, who died of a prescription drug overdose in his New York City apartment in 2008.

Mr Pillios said Keddie and Fantauzzo are selling up to move closer to their kids’ schools.
The couple, who married in 2014, share sons Valentino, four, and Luca, nine.
