The former Sports Illustrated model was last seen out and about in NYC when she attended the August series two premiere of her reality programme Side Hustlers.
Side Hustlers is hosted by Ashley and Brit Emma Grede, 41, the Kardashian family’s long-time business partner.
Later in August, Ashley went skinny dipping to celebrate her and her husband Justin Ervin’s 14th wedding anniversary.

Her post came shortly after she spoke about the influence and change she has made in the world as a body positive model and activist.
Earlier this summer, she shared stories about being body shamed in her youth and learning to feel strong and empowered in her body.
‘I was 28 when I appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit,’ she told TIME in June. ‘Now I’m 36 and a mother of three.
‘My body looked different when I was pregnant, and it looks different now that I’ve given birth to my three sons.
‘Losing weight after having kids has brought on comments from people who feel betrayed by the changes they see,’ she added.
