Ashley Roberts displayed her chic sense of style as she left the Global Radio studios in London on Monday.

The former Pussycat Doll, 42, wore a black pinstripe co ord which consisted of an off-the-shoulder top and a pair of matching trousers.

Heart Radio showbiz reporter Ashley added a few inches to her stature by opting for some black heels to match the rest of her ensemble.

She carried a black handbag with her and shielded her eyes behind some dark sunglasses as she made her way across the UK capital’s Leicester Square.

Ashley accessorised with a pair of gold earrings and wore her blonde hair back behind her head.

She was seen climbing into a luxurious black taxi before heading off to enjoy the rest of her day.

It comes after Ashley endured a testing day last Tuesday as she tackled the UK’s ‘most extreme’ assault course which saw her grimacing as she fell into a pool of water.

The star is undertaking five insane challenges in five days alongside Heart’s Amanda Holden, 52, in a bid to raise funds for Global’s Make Some Noise Charity.

And after Amanda kicked things off on Monday by climbing Blackpool Tower, Ashley stepped up to the challenge.

Ashley got stuck in the mud as she raced against time in the 7-28k assault course, whilst having to find £15,000 worth of donations hidden away.

Coined ‘The Nuts Challenge’, Ashley had 50 minutes whilst live on Heart Breakfast, where she was required to crawl on her hands and knees and climb up muddy banks and cargo netting through obstacles.

Ashley wore skin-tight red leggings and a matching jacket for her go at the gruelling course.

Underneath, she wore a white three-quarter zip jumper and white shoes and socks – which were quickly ruined as she plunged into a pool of muddy water. Despite being covered in dirt, Ashley appeared in good spirits after completing all of the obstacles.

She held up bags of money as she posed in front of a red buzzer at the finish line.

After completing the challenge Ashley said: ‘It was all horrible in a sense.

‘I had a little rinse, but I still think I have mud in my hair that has not quite come out yet.

‘But yeah, it’s just been wet and muddy and cold as you’re going through it all. But you know, it’s worth it! It’s for good cause.’
