Taking to her Instagram Story on Thursday, the Heart FM presenter, 42, shared a mirror selfie in the outfit.
She captioned the shot: ‘What a good workout can do! Was feeling tired and not motivated today. But you never regret a workout.
Ashley revealed that exercising: ‘Sorts my mental right out. Lil endorphins I love you @lewisprosser @bxrlondon.’

Ashley is the showbiz reporter for Heart Breakfast which is spearheaded by Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston. She also hosts her own show on the network – Heart ’00s Party.
Ashley is officially single, but has been linked numerous times to artist and tattooist George Rollo since November 2023.
The pair have never posted each other or attended events together, but they have dropped hints that they are in the same location.
