Atletico Madrid’s players are still celebrating their 1-0 win over Liverpool and were filmed waving scarfs in delight during a gym session.
There were wild scenes in the Wanda Metropolitano on Tuesday night after Diego Simeone’s side thwarted the visitors to take a lead to Anfield in the Champions League last 16 tie.
And the celebratory mood continued into Wednesday, judging by footage on Sime Vrsaljko’s social media.

Diego Simeone’s side are still delighted with their victory over Liverpool on Tuesday
He posted a clip of the players on exercise bikes in the club gym with loud music blaring in the background.
Some of the team were waving towels around their head in the same manner the Atletico fans did with scarfs the night before.
Clearly the victory, in the midst of a disappointing season for the team, meant a great deal.
But the footage will perhaps add extra motivation for Liverpool ahead of the second leg at Anfield on March 11.

Andy Robertson already took exception to the nature of the celebrations after the game, saying: ‘They acted as if they won the tie after the game so let’s see.
‘We have a couple of weeks and Premier League business to take care of. They are coming back to Anfield, we know our fans will be there, we know we will be there, it is up to them to be there.
‘They can start falling over and trying to get under our skin like they did, I think we handled it well with them falling over quite easy, we got on with it.’
The stage is now set up perfectly for a huge game at Anfield and the atmosphere not only in the stands but also on the pitch looks likely to be combustible.
Atletico claimed a 1-0 first leg lead and the Wanda Metropolitano atmosphere was incredible
