The 30-year-old canoeist looked radiant and confident as she graced the cover of this week’s edition of Stellar magazine.

Jessica proudly showed off her toned physique in a chic crop top and black pants as she posed on the cover.

‘It’s been the absolute best experience of my life,’ she shared.

‘I feel this immense pride and joy and disbelief about what happened over the last two weeks. It [was] just a perfect Olympics.’

She recalled the nerves and pressure at the start line, but also the calm confidence that saw her through to victory.

‘Sitting on that start line, I was absolutely nervous. But I also felt liberated… I’m really proud of the way I channelled that pressure and the nerves,’ she reflected.

Jessica also said she hopes to inspire others and make them realise they ‘can do whatever they set their mind to’.
