FruChocs are succulent Apricot and Peach centres coated in delicious milk chocolate.

They were first launched in Adelaide in 1948 and are popular around the state.

When Big Shed announced they collaborated with FruChoc and releasing a beer, there were lines before launch time.

‘South Australians are a patriotic bunch, and there’s nothing they love more than seeing two treasured brands teaming up to create something special, particularly if it’s food and drink related,’ Robern Menz CEO Phil Sims said, 7News reported.

The crowd rushed to get their hands on the beer which disappeared within 13 minutes.

They have now announced more rounds of beer will be on sale from the local bottle shops around the state on October 24.

Selected bottle shops in NSW and WA will also sell the beer.
