The glamorous couple bought the sprawling 1.8ha estate located in Terrey Hills, 25kms from the CBD.
Known as Charlotte Park, the stunning American style homestead was built by architect Darren Mills and his wife Simone, the parents of AFL champ Callum Mills.
Built in a rustic stone and timber style, the home features two-levels and boasts spacious living areas with picture windows, and soaring ceilings.
Highlights include a pool and cabana, a tennis court and stables and Olympic scale dressage arena.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the purchase price exceeded the local record of $14.1 million set in 2023 by Adrian Fonseca, an entrepreneur in Oxanda Education childcare.

The sporting couple recently sold their North Curl Curl designer home for a reported $8.5million in February – after it attracted no bidders last year.
It failed to sell in 2023 when listed for $9million, and was scheduled to go to auction.
Married since 2016, Star and Healey are both celebrated players on the Australian cricketing scene.
Starc, a left-handed fast bowler, has played for Australia in Test Cricket, and in One Day Internationals (ODI), and Twenty20. Internationals.
His wife, Alyssa, is another major star of the game in Women’s cricket.
Making her international debut in 2010, Healy is a wicket keeper and opening batter and has played for the Australian women’s side and in the Sydney Sixers in the WBBL, and was selected for the 2015 Women’s Ashes in England.
