About 4.30am on Thursday, Jaydon went to the toilet alone, but when he returned he was stumbling and his shirt was covered in blood.

Jaydon suffered a stab wound to the right side of this chest and concerned onlookers contacted police and ambulance, Bangkok Jack reported.

Jaydon had been rushed to Pattaya Hospital before officers arrived, suffering from blood loss and organ damage.

His stepmother, Khumkhun Songnangrong, 33, told investigators they were having a fun time in the club and were not sure why anyone would stab her stepson.

Police are investigating CCTV footage in an attempt to identify the attacker.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for comment.
