Australian model Lara Worthington shares rare loved-up selfie with actor husband Sam in sweet new post

Lara Worthington has given fans a rare glimpse into her relationship with Hollywood star Sam in her latest post to social media.

The model, 37, posted a slew of stylish pictures to Instagram on Friday, showing ocean views, delicious meals and her famously low-key husband.

Sam, 48, who became a household name after starring in Avatar, could be seen donning a black and yellow Nirvana T-shirt and holding up a canned beverage.

The actor put on his signature brooding look as he posed for his wife’s mirror selfie in the doorway.  

Meanwhile, Lara poured her figure into a mint green backless dress, smiling as she snapped the sweet picture of her and her beau on her Kodak camera. 

Lara captioned the post ‘mellow yellow’—a nod to the colour palette of the photo dump.

It comes after the media personality delighted her fans this week with a throwback photo from her seaside-loving childhood.

In an image shared on Monday, the model was just a young tot as she beamed on an Australian beach.

‘Water baby alwayssss’ the 37-year-old wrote in her caption alongside the image, which saw her posing with a pink body board.

Lara then shared a second photo of herself now, also sitting on the beach in a flirty pose.

She looked up at the camera from her perch on the shore as she donned a pastel pink, semi-sheer dress.

Lara jetted off to Bali with her family in January after they returned to Australia for the Christmas holidays.

The supermodel, her husband Sam, and their three sons have been soaking up the sun in the tropical locale.

She posted to Instagram to detail the laid-back getaway, posing on a tree-lined staircase in a sheer black top.

Lara showed off her lithe figure in the fitted ensemble which included a rust toned mini skirt.

Other photos taken show Lara kicking back on the beach with a cocktail while wearing an oversized jersey.

‘Solo sip,’ she captioned the set of photos, indicating she slipped away from the family to enjoy some down time.

Further images showed Lara slipping into a black bikini for a spot of scuba diving at the beach.

‘Water sports,’ she captioned that set, which also included images of a boat trip.
