Australian Olympic power couple Shayna Jack and Joel Rintala have announced their engagement.
The swimmer, 25, and her field hockey star partner Joel, 28, shared a heartfelt post to Instagram on Monday in which they confirmed the happy news.
The pair posted a gallery of loved-up photos which captured them tenderly embracing shortly after getting engaged.
One adorable photo showed the happy couple lovingly gazing into each other’s eyes.
Another picture captured Shayna flaunting her eye-popping diamond engagement ring as Joel kissed her forehead.
The pair look every inch the loved-up couple in the precious snaps, which they captioned with some revealing words.

Shayna and Joel celebrated their eight year anniversary as a couple in April,.
Th exciting announcement comes after Shayna celebrated some enormous victories at the recent Paris Olympic Games.
The Brisbane-born swimmer won two freestyle gold medals at the recent event.

Unfortunately, Joel did not qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games, but previously won gold in 2017 at the prestigious field hockey event, the Sultan of Johor Cup.
In an interview last month in Paris, Shayna insisted she was as hungry as ever to be competing at future Olympic Games.
‘I definitely have that motivation to come back in four years’ time,’ she said.
‘This is just the start for me. This is my redemption chapter and hopefully there’s more to come and there’s more of a story to tell.
